SureLock Spa Cover Warranty

10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The Sure Lock spa cover is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use, service and conditions, for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

If a defect, as covered by the warranty, becomes apparent during the warranty period, original purchaser must give written notice of any defect within 10 days of the time defect is discovered. The original purchase receipt must accompany the written notification. After written notification is received and authorization is given, return the cover clean, dry and properly packaged to our plant.

National Spa Cover will upon inspection determine the validity of the claim and either repair or replace the spa cover. The customer will pay a pro-rated amount of 1/120 for each month or part thereof elapsed since the original purchase of the current list price of the replacement cover, plus a 10% service and handling charge. The repaired or replacement cover will be shipped to the purchaser within 90 days from receipt of defective spa cover.

All repairs or replacement shall be FOB National Spa Cover's plant, and National Spa Cover shall not be liable for freight, installation, service or labor costs.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product.

No warranty is given if the cover to which this warranty applies, has been subject to animal damage, misuse, alteration, neglect, abuse, abrasion, coping wear, accident, intense external thermal reaction (fire, heat burn, etc.)

Warranty also does not cover failure to provide reasonable and periodic maintenance, normal fading or discoloration of surface, improper installation, use for purposes other than that for which cover was designed, failure to maintain proper water level in spas with our floating cover system, failure to fasten and lock cover, use of excessive chemicals, use of sharp objects such as shovels on cover, damage from but not limited to snow, strong wind, hail, tornado, hurricane, falling objects or any other acts of God.
