TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS: All covers are custom made and require payment in full prior to acceptance of the order. Payment may be made by credit card, certified check or wire transfer. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Since all covers are custom made, order cannot be cancelled and no returns are accepted. All orders are final.MEASURING: Your order is custom made for your individual spa using the template dimensions provided to National Spa Cover. Buyer assumes sole and full responsibility for the accuracy of all measurements and information. SHIPPING CHARGES: Charges for the shipping and handling will be shown on the order form.
RETURN POLICY: See warranty.
DELIVERY: Spa covers must be delivered via LTL Common Carrier Truck. If carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to accept the delivery, you may be assessed a redelivery fee by the freight carrier.
You or your agent must be present during delivery to inspect the shipment for any possible damage and sign the delivery receipt. Inspect cover for any possible damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.
Open the box if necessary while the driver is still there. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. If cover is damaged, do not accept the delivery and call us immediately at 1-888-60-COVER. (1-888-602-6837)
